We sold our Highlands home in 2013 and Shaye proved to get us top dollar at the time for a home of our size and location. Unlike other realtors, Shaye explained the Denver market and that our best option was to hold the house open for the weekend and take offers Sunday evening. That night we received 7 offers all very competitive. She walked us through all of them, including all of the new tactics being used by buyers that we were not aware of. She helped us navigate the bidding process to ensure the best price and also reduce the chance of a buyer backing out due to appraisal or other issues. We ultimately sold our home for nearly 10% more than asking price and had a very positive experience. Additionally, Shaye represented us on the purchase of our new construction home. I wasn't sure of the value of a realtor in that process, but Shaye was able to negotiate additional incentives at the design center and made the entire process much easier for us.
