We bought our first house in Denver with Shaye in 2014, then sold that house 10 years later with Shaye and bought our most recent house with Shaye. We originally moved to Denver from out of state and had never been to Denver. We told Shaye we wanted to be within a 5-mile radius of downtown in neighborhoods with a little bit of walkability. I will never forget she picked us up from our hotel room and drove us around all the cute Denver neighborhoods for two full days giving us details about each one. It was so helpful in making our final decision. Shaye took the time to help us get to know Denver and that was a huge help. Ten years later when we moved across the city, she helped us learn about new neighborhoods. She is very detailed in her negotiations, helped us reason and stay calm, and she is very responsive and moves quickly. Even when she went on vacation, we had a very detailed backup plan in case something came up. We love working with Shaye and will for sure if we move again.
